Job summary

PwC in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Associate with hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Marketo Engage. You will design and implement integrated marketing workflows and ensure alignment with Salesforce integrations.

The role requires strong REST API, webhooks, JSON, and scripting skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Velocity), plus testing, data validation, monitoring, and production support for AI-enabled marketing content.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on experience with AJO and Marketo.
• Experience integrating marketing platforms with Salesforce.
• Strong API knowledge including REST, webhooks and JSON.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Velocity scripting.
• Experience with testing, data validation, monitoring and production support.
• Understanding AI capabilities for marketing content validation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Adobe Journey Optimizer and Marketo Engage workflows.
• Integrate marketing platforms with Salesforce or other CRMs.
• Develop REST API integrations, webhooks and event-driven architecture.
• Validate data, monitor campaigns and provide production support.
• Ensure brand controls, privacy considerations and AI content validation.
