Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Associate to lead Adobe Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer workstreams, from requirements intake to delivery. You’ll translate marketing automation needs into campaign architecture and audience segmentation, configure features, and ensure successful deployment across client environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide junior staff, and analyze data to improve campaign performance and adoption of marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications.

Responsibilities

• Managing Adobe Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer client workstreams from requirements intake through solution delivery
• Translating marketing automation needs into campaign architecture, journey design, and audience segmentation approaches
• Configuring and troubleshooting platform features across email orchestration, lead management, and cross-channel activation
• Analyzing client processes and data flows to identify opportunities for campaign efficiency and system improvement
• Developing functional specifications, testing scenarios, and deployment readiness materials for marketing technology implementations
• Supporting data mapping, integration validation, and activation of customer journeys across connected systems
• Guiding junior team members on task execution, solution documentation, and issue resolution within assigned work
• Interpreting client feedback and performance data to refine journeys, improve targeting, and strengthen adoption

As an Adobe Marketo+ AJO, Senior Associate you will support client work in business application consulting, helping teams optimize Salesforce-based marketing and customer engagement solutions through analysis, implementation, training, and day-to-day support. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and use critical thinking to navigate complex situations while deepening your technical skills and personal brand within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on Adobe Marketo and Adobe Journey Optimizer work that supports client needs, contributes to solution delivery, and helps translate business goals into practical application outcomes.

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelors degree
• - At least 4 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
• - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• - Demonstrating Salesforce administration knowledge across Marketing Cloud and account setup
• - Utilizing Adobe Marketo and AJO implementation skills within client engagements
• - Applying analytical thinking to interpret campaign data and recommendations
• - Supporting client communication, issue tracking, and project coordination
• - Building understanding of marketing technology integration and change adoption
