Honeybee Tech Solutions in Pune invites applications for Sr. Associate - Contact Centre (Voice Process) with 2.5–3.5 years of experience to support our client Knova One.

The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls for US clients and resolving inquiries per process guidelines. You will maintain call logs, liaise via email when required, and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for quality and productivity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (completed).
• 2+ years of experience in an international voice process (US process preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
• Prior experience in customer service or collections is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US clients in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
• Perform voice-based customer service or collections activities based on process allocation.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate call logs and records.
• Communicate with clients through calls and emails when required.
• Ensure compliance with process standards and applicable US regulations.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Be flexible to work additional hours based on business requirements.
