ADPL Aadharshila Designs (P) Ltd. in Delhi seeks an experienced Architect to lead large-scale projects from concept to execution, ensuring design intent, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

The candidate should have 8–15 years of professional architecture experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office, and familiarity with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in architecture from a reputed university.
• 8–15 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, documentation, detailing, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale architectural and institutional projects from concept/design development to execution.
• Take ownership of deliverables, coordination, quality, and timelines.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, delays, and coordination issues and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with consultants across structural, MEP, landscape, facade, fire, sustainability, acoustics, interiors and other specialists.
• Ensure integration of consultant inputs with design and documentation.
• Review drawings, resolve conflicts, and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Support site teams during construction and resolve design-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate should have strong architectural knowledge, excellent coordination and communication skills, and a proven ability to take ownership of projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Lead and manage large-scale architectural and institutional projects from concept/design development to execution.
• Take complete ownership of project deliverables, coordination, quality, and timelines.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, delays, and coordination issues and take corrective action proactively.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear architectural and project deliverables.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, landscape, faade, fire, sustainability, acoustics, interior, and other specialist consultants.
• Ensure integration of consultant inputs with architectural design and documentation.
• Review consultant drawings and identify conflicts, discrepancies, and design coordination issues.
• Monitor the quality and progress of work produced by the team.
• Establish clear responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Review architectural design development, planning, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Ensure that design intent is maintained throughout project development and execution.
• Assist in resolving complex design and technical issues.
• Coordinate with site teams during construction and support resolution of design-related issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling large-scale projects, preferably institutional, educational, commercial, corporate, Urban development, campus, or mixed-use developments.
• Experience managing projects through multiple stages of design and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in client management and consultant coordination.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, documentation, detailing, and construction processes.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office,
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and project management software is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or masters degree in architecture from the reputed Indian or International Universities.
• 8-15 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
