Job summary

UK Realty seeks an experienced Project Architect to lead end-to-end design development and coordinate with RCC, MEP, Architect and MOEF teams in Mumbai. You will review drawings from external consultants, finalize GFC drawings, and drive on-site consultant meetings to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires strong creative thinking and a deep understanding of design trends in real estate, with a minimum of 8+ years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience as Project Architect with end-to-end design development experience.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and coordinate design with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants. Furnish final GFC drawings.
• End to end coordination between the consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF, CFO etc).
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to collate data and conduct on-site meetings.
• Prepare project status reports / minutes of meetings.
• Plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion.

• All coordinating with the consultants as well and internal and external teams to collate data. To conduct on-site meetings and project consultant meetings and coordinate schedule
• reviews.
• To prepare project status reports / minutes of meetings.
• Prepare/analyze information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and/ or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the same
• To plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion
