Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Lead the creation of concept designs, master plans, and elevations while ensuring alignment with real estate standards and sustainability principles.
• Technical Oversight: Produce detailed construction documents, conduct constructability reviews, and resolve complex structural or technical issues.
• Compliance & Approvals: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, fire safety guidelines, and environmental/zoning regulations.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers, contractors, and clients to interpret design specifications.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects, review their design deliverables, and monitor construction sites to ensure execution matches the approved plans.
