Job summary

HR Yaar in Mumbai is seeking a talented architect to develop architectural concepts and design proposals for luxury villas and residences. You will translate design intent into precise plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings, while coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.

You will take ownership from design development through execution, attend site visits, and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional architectural experience.
• A strong interest in luxury residential and villa architecture.
• A refined design sensibility and an appreciation for proportion, materiality and detail.
• Strong architectural drawing and detailing skills.
• A good understanding of construction and how design translates into built form.
• The ability to think independently, take ownership and solve problems creatively.
• An eye for quality and a willingness to push a design beyond the expected.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit or other relevant design software will be an advantage.
