Job summary

Archiworld is seeking a creative and practical Architect with 2–4 years of residential project experience to drive concepts to completion. You will collaborate with clients and site teams, translate requirements into layouts, and develop designs within budgets and site conditions.

Requirements include a B.Arch or equivalent and proficiency in AutoCAD with visualization tools like Lumion/Enscape/SketchUp. You will contribute to detailed drawings and on-site coordination.

Overview

Architect We are looking for a creative, practical and detail-oriented Architect with 2–4 years of experience in residential projects, who can take projects from concept to completion and work closely with clients and site teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and design small to medium-sized residential projects from concept to completion. Understand customer requirements and translate them into concepts, layouts and rough plans. Develop designs considering functionality, aesthetics, budget and site conditions. Define project requirements and schedule design activities accordingly. Prepare accurate drawings and coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors and site teams. Visit project sites, including occasional weekend visits, when required. Identify design/site issues and provide practical and cost-effective solutions. Ensure attention to detail and smooth transition from design to execution. Technical knowledge Proficiency in AutoCAD and preferably Lumion, Enscape ,SketchUp, or similar tools Knowledge of structural coordination, MEP services, building materials, and construction methods Ability to read and produce accurate working drawings Experience, Qualification & Skills B.Arch or equivalent qualification with 1–4 years of experience. Residential project experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of layouts, colours, lighting, materials and finishes. Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities. Creative talent, imagination and a good eye for design, shapes, colours, architecture and 3D visualization. Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and willingness to take responsibility. Excellent portfolio of previous residential projects.
