You will lead design development, review drawings, and coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape teams. The role includes guiding junior staff and presenting to clients, with a focus on luxury high-rise residential projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architectural design experience.
• High-rise residential experience mandatory.
• B.Arch qualification.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit / BIM preferred.
• Strong detailing skills — facades, joinery, material interfaces.
• M.Arch or advanced design qualification (good-to-have).
• Experience with LEED / sustainable design (good-to-have).
• Luxury residential portfolio (good-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development for assigned projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings — plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Develop construction documentation packages — GFC drawings, schedules, specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for design integration.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals for architectural elements.
• Conduct site visits to verify architectural execution quality.
• Guide and review work of junior architects and draftspersons in the team.
• Participate in client design presentations and respond to design queries.

Role Purpose

The Senior Architect drives the architectural design of projects — from design development through construction documentation. This role requires both design sensibility and technical rigour, ensuring that the architectural intent is beautifully conceived and precisely buildable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development for assigned projects
• Prepare and review architectural drawings — plans, sections, elevations, and details
