Unfold Architecture & Design Firm in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu is seeking a Junior Architect to join our team. You will assist with design, development, documentation, and execution of residential, commercial, and other projects while collaborating with senior architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Ideal candidates have a B.Arch or equivalent, 0–3 years of experience, strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of relevant architectural experience; fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of building materials, construction details, and basic building regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Support senior architects throughout all project stages from concept to construction.
• Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, renders, and design proposals.
• Conduct site visits and assist with measurements and documentation.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and consultant drawings.
• Prepare working drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications.
• Review drawings and site work for compliance with designs and project requirements.
• Communicate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Research materials, finishes, building products, and design standards.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
• Participate in design meetings and contribute creative ideas.

Job Summary
