Creo Homes Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect to lead high-end residential designs from concept to completion. This on-site role is based in Ernakulam, Kochi, requiring a B.Arch and 5+ years in residential architecture, with strong AutoCAD skills and client-facing presentation abilities.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and field teams to ensure timely delivery, maintaining compliance with building codes and high design quality.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree and COA registration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of local building rules and permit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects from concept to execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings and coordinate design details.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and present design proposals.
• Incorporate feedback into refined design solutions and coordinate with PMs, engineers, interior designers, and site teams.
• Supervise junior architects and oversee quality of design documentation.

Role Description

• The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects, from initial concept development to final execution.
• This full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam includes preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating design details, and ensuring adherence to building codes and standards.
• The role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting design proposals, and integrating feedback into refined solutions.
• The Senior Architect will work with project managers, structural engineers, interior designers, and site teams to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines and timely project completion.
• Day-to-day responsibilities also include supervising junior architects, overseeing quality of design documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in design processes and project workflows.

Requirements:

B.Arch degree (COA registration preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.

Knowledge of local building rules and permit procedures.

Location: Candidates must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate before joining
