Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Ernakulam. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for residential and luxury home projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing structural calculations, creating and updating CAD drawings and models, and coordinating with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to integrate structural solutions into overall designs. .

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to residential and luxury home projects.
• Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing, reviewing, and updating structural drawings and models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; advanced degree or relevant certifications in structural design are an advantage
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with architecture, interiors, and construction execution.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to interpret architectural drawings into practical structural solutions.
• Effective communication skills and readiness to work on-site, including regular site visits and close collaboration with project teams.
• Prior experience in residential or villa projects, especially luxury homes, is preferred.
