Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architects role based in Ottappalam. The architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and plans, and ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand project needs, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The role involves reviewing design iterations, integrating feedback, and overseeing documentation to support smooth execution on site. The architect will also contribute to quality control, cost awareness, and sustainable design practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.


• Candidates should possess experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and oversight of design deliverables.


• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools, BIM platforms, or design workflows.


• Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).


• Candidates should possess a recognized degree in Architecture or a closely related field, along with appropriate professional licensure or eligibility where required.


• Candidates should possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
