Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. in Kochi, Kerala is seeking an experienced Architect to join our growing team.

This role centers on premium residential design, turnkey construction coordination, and delivering high-end solutions from concept to completion. You will lead design development, produce architectural drawings and submissions, and coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site teams while ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required.
• Minimum 5 years of residential architectural design experience.
• Experience designing premium villas and residences.
• Proficient in industry-standard design and drafting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative residential architectural concepts.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, and municipal submission drawings.
• Lead client meetings and translate client requirements into designs.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site execution teams.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and execution as per drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
• Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently handle projects from concept to completion.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
