Qualifications

Role Description

We're looking for a Project Architect to join our team in Manjeri, Kerala, taking projects from concept through construction documentation with real ownership - working across residential, commercial/mixed-use, hospitality, and healthcare/institutional typologies. You'll collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors, and mentor junior team members along the way.

What You'll Do

• Lead design development and construction documentation for assigned projects, from schematic design through completion
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to resolve technical and code-related issues
• Prepare and review drawing sets, specifications, and detailing for accuracy and buildability
• Manage day-to-day client communication and represent the firm in project meetings and site visits
• Conduct site visits and construction administration, including reviewing contractor submittals and RFIs
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, local regulations, and accessibility standards
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

What We're Looking For

• 4-8 years of professional architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Strong working knowledge of Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and SketchUp or Rhino
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and local codes
• Experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare projects preferred
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients and coordinating with consultants and contractors
• Licensure or active pursuit of licensure is a plus but not required; we value design judgment and technical capability most
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative studio environment
