Job summary

Creo Homes Pvt Ltd, a Kochi-based architectural design and turnkey construction firm, seeks an experienced Architect for residential projects. The role focuses on concept development, detailed drawings, and client coordination to deliver high-quality homes.

Requirements include a B.Arch degree (COA registration preferred) and at least 3 years of residential experience with AutoCAD. The candidate should be based in Kochi or ready to relocate before joining.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Residential Design & Concept Development: Develop innovative and functional architectural concepts for residential projects based on client requirements, site conditions, budget, and project objectives.
• Architectural Drawings & Documentation: Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Client Coordination: Understand client requirements, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain effective communication throughout the project.
• Consultant & Team Coordination: Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants to ensure all design elements are properly integrated.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, local development regulations, zoning requirements, and permit guidelines.
• Site Visits & Execution Support: Conduct regular site inspections, monitor work against approved drawings, and provide technical solutions and clarifications to the execution team.
• Design & Quality Control: Review drawings, materials, finishes, and construction details to ensure the project meets required design standards and quality expectations.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, contractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of project milestones.

Role Description

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Architect to lead residential projects from initial concept through design development and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural and technical knowledge, excellent communication and client-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
