• Plan and conduct orientation sessions for prospective and newly admitted students
• Counsel prospects in person, understand their goals, and recommend the right programs
• Drive target-based admissions and handle queries and objections during campus visits
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on events, open houses, walk-in drives, and outreach activities
• Maintain records of visitor interactions and conversions, and share regular reports with management

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in admissions counseling, education sales, guest relations, hospitality, or front office
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Confident public speaking and strong relationship-building ability
• A target-driven mindset with a genuine focus on results
• Working knowledge of CRM tools preferred
