Job summary

upGrad Study Abroad in Kolkata is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive enrollments by engaging with prospective learners, qualifying leads, and guiding them toward suitable programs through Video Counselling (VC).

You will work as the first contact, build rapport with learners, schedule VC sessions, and hand over to Admission Counsellors to ensure smooth conversions, while maintaining CRM records and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in EdTech inside sales (Study Abroad preferred).
• Minimum 1 year in current/previous organization.
• Graduate (mandatory).
• Experience in a 6-day work week.
• Proven individual contributor with strong sales performance.
