Job summary

upGrad is seeking a Senior Admission Counsellor (Study Abroad) to engage with learners, qualify leads, and schedule VC sessions. The role is office-based with a six-day work week and immediate joiner. Strong English communication and CRM skills are essential to drive enrollment across Pan India.

You will manage leads, maintain CRM records, and meet daily calling and video counselling targets, collaborating with admission counsellors to support study abroad programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech sales or study abroad counselling is a plus.
• Ability to maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups.

Eligibility:

• 3+ years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred)
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year stability in current/last role
• Experience as an Individual Contributor
• Comfortable with a 6-day work week
