Job summary

Pacific Fire Controls Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to lead the complete function in a manufacturing setup.

You will manage GST, TDS, income tax and ROC compliance, finalization of accounts, MIS, payroll, stock/inventory accounting and audits, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14-18 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Manufacturing company experience is mandatory.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and ROC compliance.
• Excellent knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good experience in finalization of accounts, Balance Sheet, P&L and MIS.
• Strong knowledge of stock and inventory accounting.
• Experience in handling Internal and Statutory Audits.
• Good knowledge of banking, LC, BG, Bill Discounting and Purchase Discounting.
• Experience in payroll and salary processing.
• Candidate should be able to independently handle the complete Accounts & Finance function.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• CA Inter/CA will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Income Tax, ROC and other statutory compliance work.
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, P&L and other financial statements with CA.
• Handle vendor and customer ledger reconciliation and outstanding payments.
• Manage banking transactions, bank reconciliation and cash flow.
• Coordinate and handle Internal and Statutory Audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
• Handle complete payroll and salary processing, including TDS and statutory deductions.
• Manage stock, inventory, stock verification and inventory valuation in a manufacturing setup.
• Monitor costs, expenses and internal accounting processes.
• Handle accounting/finance-related work involving LC, BG, Bill Discounting and Purchase Discounting.
• Maintain proper accounts records, documents and compliance.
• Check accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction of errors.
