Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and reconcile GST data.
• Manage TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliation.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor cash & bank transactions.
• Finalize books of accounts and assist in the preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L.
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Verify purchase and sales invoices, journal entries, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and process depreciation.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.
• Prepare financial reports for management and support budgeting and forecasting.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Proficient in Tally Prime/ERP and Advanced MS Excel.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
