Job summary

ArcVac ForgeCast Private Limited in India is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead end-to-end financial accounting and compliance. You will finalize monthly and annual financial statements, prepare MIS for management, and ensure adherence to tax and statutory requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of GST, income tax, TDS, and hands-on balance sheet finalization, with proficiency in SAP, Tally, or Oracle and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• CA with 5–10 years of experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Design and implement effective financial systems and procedures, with focus on implementation.

Responsibilities

• Finalize monthly and annual Balance Sheet and P&L.
• Prepare and review MIS reports for management.
• Manage TDS compliances.
• Filing of ITRs and advance tax computation.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal & tax auditors.
• Ledger scrutiny, provisions, accruals & reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act & accounting standards.
• Lead team and drive process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
• Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet finalization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / etc).
• Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end financial accounting, statutory compliances, taxation, MIS reporting, and finalization of balance sheets. The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, accurate financial reporting, and supports management decision-making.

• Finalization of monthly & annual Balance Sheet, P&L.
• Preparation and review of MIS reports for management.
• Managing TDS compliances.
• Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and advance tax computation.
• Coordination with statutory, internal & tax auditors.
• Ledger scrutiny, provisions, accruals & reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act & Accounting Standards.
• Team handling and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS.
• Hands‑on experience in Balance Sheet finalization.
