MioSalon, a growing bootstrapped vertical SaaS company serving salons and wellness businesses globally, seeks a dependable Senior Accountant to manage finance operations, compliance coordination, and day-to-day administration.

The role covers monthly closing, vendor payments, GST/TDS filings, audits, and cross-functional coordination to support founders with accurate financial data and controls.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in accounting / finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Proficient with Tally, Zoho Books and Excel.
• Experience coordinating with auditors / CAs.
• Startup mindset: proactive, ownership-driven, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations and books of accounts.
• Track subscription revenue, collections, renewals and receivables.
• Process vendor payments and maintain expense controls.
• Manage petty cash, vouchers and documentation.
• Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow summaries and reports for founders.
• Coordinate with external CA team for GST, TDS, statutory filings, audits and payroll inputs.
• Liaise with US CPA team by sharing clean data and reports.

MioSalon is a growing bootstrapped vertical SaaS company serving salons and wellness businesses globally. We are looking for a dependable and hands-on accountant who can manage finance operations, compliance coordination, and day-to-day business administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and books of accounts
• Track subscription revenue (monthly / annual plans), collections, renewals, and receivables
• Process vendor payments and maintain expense controls
• Manage petty cash, vouchers, and documentation
• Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow summaries, and reports for founders
• Coordinate with external CA team for GST, TDS, statutory filings, audits, payroll inputs, and annual compliance
• Coordinate with US CPA team by sharing clean data and reports when required
• Handle bank-related work, renewals, insurance, licenses, and office operational tasks
• Maintain organized financial records and support internal controls

Requirements

• 2-8 years experience in accounting / finance operations
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Good working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / Excel
• Experience coordinating with auditors / CAs
• High integrity, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling operational work and occasional external visits
