Job summary

Key responsibilities include manpower planning, client visits, QA audits, incident management, and ensuring compliance with PSARA and labour laws. Travel is extensive and leadership in a managerial capacity is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Security Management preferred.
• 7-10 years in security industry with at least 3 years in managerial role.
• Familiarity with PSARA Act, ESI, PF, and other labour compliances.
• Strong client management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with workforce management software is a plus.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
