Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dispatch and finished goods operations.
• Plan daily dispatches as per sales orders and production schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transporters.
• Ensure accurate loading, documentation, invoicing and e-way bills.
• Monitor vehicle planning, route optimization and timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and dispatch records.
• Handle ERP/SAP transactions and MIS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures.
• Lead and manage the dispatch team and contract manpower.
• Track transporter performance, freight costs and delivery issues.
• Drive process improvement and minimize dispatch errors/delays.
