Job summary

Toyo Ink in Bhiwandi, India is seeking an Executive to manage Mfg.-warehouse/store activities and coordinate closely with production and PPC for timely material flows.

The role requires strong SAP MM/SD knowledge, MS Excel proficiency, and fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. You will handle dispatch documentation, invoicing, MIS reports, and stock control across depots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent.
• PGDMM will be an added advantage.
• 3–5 years experience in warehouse/SAP-based roles.
• Experience coordinating with 3rd parties (transporters/sales team).
• Proficient in MIS reporting (Dispatch, Pending Orders).
• Experience with SO creation, packing lists, invoicing.
• Inventory management at factory/depot levels; FIFO & stock taking.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing warehouse/store activities.
• Coordinate with production and PPC for material dispatch and availability.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports including dispatch and pending orders.
• Handle sales order creation, packing lists and invoicing processes.
• Oversee inventory control at factory and depots; ensure FIFO.

Job Summary

• Knowledge of handling Mfg.-warehouse/store activity.

• Knowledge of Stock Taking
• Knowledge of documentation.
• Maintaining, planning and dispatching finished goods to depots across India.
• Ensure proper dispatch of the material by continuous follow-up with the transporters.
• Monitoring Inventory accuracy, cycle counting and SAP Transactions.
