Job summary

NTF India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Dispatch Executive in Manesar, Haryana to manage dispatch operations within Logistics / Dispatch. You will coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores and Logistics to ensure timely finished-goods dispatch and maintain records in ERP/SAP.

The role requires 3–6 years in Dispatch or related areas, a Graduate degree, and strong Excel skills. You will ensure FIFO, prepare invoices and dispatch documents, track inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Stores, or Warehouse Operations.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall bins inventory and ensure proper availability, tracking, and movement of bins for customer dispatches.
• Coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores, and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Maintain dispatch records and update transactions in ERP/SAP or other business systems.
• Monitor loading, unloading, packaging, and dispatch activities as per customer requirements.
• Ensure FIFO implementation and adherence to dispatch schedules.
• Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, E-way Bills, delivery challans, and transport coordination.
• Track returnable packaging materials and customer bins to avoid shortages and losses.
• Maintain stock accuracy and support physical inventory activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer-specific dispatch requirements.
