Job summary

Webstix, Inc. is expanding its SEO team in Coimbatore to deliver measurable organic search results for U.S. clients. We are seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to own strategy and execution across technical, on-page, local, and content SEO.

You will plan and prioritize work, run audits, set up GA4, GSC, GTM, perform keyword research, optimize metadata, manage local SEO, and report results to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and GTM.
• Solid technical SEO skills including site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and crawl issues.
• Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles and local search visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy and day-to-day execution for multiple client accounts.
• Run technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Set up and maintain GA4, GSC, and GTM, including conversion tracking.
• Plan and perform keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and build content plans.
• Execute local SEO, build citations, and manage NAP consistency.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and next steps.

online and grow through websites, SEO, and paid advertising. As our SEO services grow, we are expanding

our team in Coimbatore to deliver measurable organic search results for our U.S. clients.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Analyst to own SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of client websites, mostly U.S.-based small and mid-sized businesses. You will plan and prioritize work across technical, on-page, local, and content SEO, turn data into clear recommendations, and report results to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Technical SEO

• Own SEO strategy and day-to-day execution for multiple client accounts, setting priorities based on business goals and data.
• Run technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, robots.txt) and work with developers on fixes.
• Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, including conversion and event tracking.

On-Page, Content & AI Search

• Conduct keyword research and mapping (head, long-tail, and intent-based terms) and build content plans around topic clusters.
• Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, URL structure, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Perform competitor and content-gap analysis and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Optimize content for AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and rankings.

Local SEO & Off-Page

• Optimize Google Business Profiles: citations, posts, and local landing pages.
• Ensure NAP consistency across directories.
• Plan and execute ethical link-building and digital PR; monitor backlink profiles and clean up toxic links.

Reporting & Team Support

• Prepare monthly SEO reports with clear insights, wins, and next steps for clients and account managers.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results (traffic, rankings, leads) you can walk us through.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Solid technical SEO skills — site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and crawl issues.
• Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles and improving local search visibility.
• Hands-on experience with Semrush, Ahrefs or Moz, and Screaming Frog; working familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple client projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with answer engine / generative engine optimization (AEO/GEO).
• Local SEO experience.
• Experience with a marketing agency, U.S. clients.
