Job summary

Cloudxtreme in India is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (Technical) to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will ensure Scrum practices are followed and drive peak performance with a strong technical background to troubleshoot with juniors.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, Java, or React, knowledge of Generative AI tools, and ability to coordinate cross-functional work across offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience on Python, Java, or React and ability to deep troubleshoot with junior resources.
• Generative AI knowledge including Gen AI tools like GitHub Copilot and basics of Langchain, Llamaindex.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams through the full Agile development lifecycle and ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience in scaling Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile metrics and reporting; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software development processes and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams through the full development lifecycle and ensure Scrum principles are followed.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers to drive peak team performance.
• Coach and mentor junior resources; troubleshoot technical issues when needed.

Location: Mphasis location - Offshore (Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad)

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master (technical) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions, ensuring that Scrum principles are effectively implemented and that teams are operating at peak performance. Also, the Role requires strong technical background to able to do troubleshooting with junior resources. This role requires strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Technical Skills:

Primary Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Must have hands-on experience on any one of the technologies (Pythion, Java, React) and candidate should be able to deep troubleshooting along with junior resource(s)
• Must have Generative AI - Knowledge of Generative AI, Gen AI based tools like GitHub Copilot, and basics on frameworks such as Langchain, Llamaindex.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams through the full Agile development lifecycle. Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience in scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
