Responsibilities

59 years of overall IT experience with 2+ years as a Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands‑on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery.
• Proven experience in client/stakeholder management.
• Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Responsibilities

• Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
• Knowledge of project management tools and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards).
• Exposure to DevOps environments and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working with cross‑functional global teams.
• Background in technical roles (developer/tester/BA) is a plus.
