Job summary

Pi Square Technologies is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead SAFe Agile teams in the Banking/Financial Services domain from Pune. The role focuses on Agile adoption, facilitation of ceremonies, delivery metrics, dependency management, and coaching high-performing teams.

You will build and analyze JIRA dashboards, reports, and Agile metrics, coordinate with Product Owners, RTEs, Architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery while maintaining governance and compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Lead in enterprise environments (Banking/Financial Services preferred).
• Strong experience leading multiple Agile teams and SAFe practices.
• Hands-on with Jira dashboards, reports, metrics, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Coach SAFe teams and collaborate with Product Owners, RTEs, Architects, and stakeholders to enable delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments; track risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics across teams.
• Support PI Planning, execution, and delivery tracking; drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of leading SAFe Agile teams in the Banking/Financial Services domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile adoption, facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking delivery metrics, managing dependencies, and enabling high-performing teams.

Strong expertise in creating,maintaining, and analyzing JIRA dashboards, reports, and Agile metrics is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews,Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Lead and coach Agile teams in alignment with SAFe Agile principles and practices.
• Partner with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.
• Track sprint progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning, execution, and delivery tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity within teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile governance, delivery standards, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor team performance through Agile metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams.

Banking Domain Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of Banking or Financial Services domain experience. Experience working on:

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs. Understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating distributed global teams.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of cloud transformation programs (AWS/Azure).
• Experience working with vendor and client stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Power BI integrated with JIRA.

Experience in large Banking digital transformation programs.
