Job summary

BMW Techworks India seeks a Senior Agile Master in Pune to lead Agile Scrum processes for CRM product and platform teams. You will drive transformation, coach teams on Scrum and best practices, and partner with owners and architects to prioritize backlogs.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in Agile/enterprise software delivery.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.
• Experience leading Agile teams in CRM or enterprise application projects.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for CRM product and platform teams.
• Drive Agile transformation and foster continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Coach teams on Scrum principles and outcome-driven delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leads to manage backlogs.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to improve velocity and quality.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team velocity, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Drive release readiness, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Establish metrics-driven delivery governance through Sprint KPIs, flow metrics, quality indicators, and delivery dashboards.
• Promote DevOps, automation, and continuous delivery practices within CRM teams.
• Enable adoption of AI-powered engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Drive AI use cases across the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, backlog refinement, test case generation, knowledge management, and operational support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and support teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives and business priorities.
• Foster a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities for AI-driven process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Must have technical skill

• Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Experience working in CRM application delivery projects, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform environments.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and software quality processes.
• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, ChatGPT Enterprise, or equivalent enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics including velocity, cycle time, lead time, sprint predictability, and quality KPIs.

Good to have Technical skills

• SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, or Kanban certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Application Support, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes.
• Conceptual understanding of software development, APIs, database querying, and cloud technologies.
• Experience implementing AI-driven productivity initiatives and intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of CRM release governance, production support, and operational excellence practices.
