Qualifications

Job Summary

• Lead end-to-end Agile delivery across multiple engineering teams through the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Drive structured, predictable, and high-quality Agile delivery, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business objectives
• Act as a bridge between business, product, engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enforce delivery governance (capacity planning, sprint commitments, release cadence)
• Manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and program-level execution across multiple scrum teams
• Provide concise, executive-level reporting and delivery insights to stakeholders using dashboards and data-driven metrics
• Coach teams and individuals for higher Agile maturity, self-organization, and continuous improvement
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks at both team and program levels
• Leverage Jira, Confluence, and other reporting tools to track, document, and communicate delivery progress and outcomes
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams
• Mentor Technical Project Managers/Business Analysts on backlog quality and prioritization
• Demonstrate strong technical awareness of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and architectural dependencies
• Operate effectively in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments, constructively challenging and driving accountability
• Maintain strong governance, delivery artifacts, and executive presentations for leadership reviews
• Work flexible hours to collaborate with global teams (PST/EST coverage as needed)
