Job summary

Rubiscape in Pune is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to accelerate delivery of DecisionIntelligence platforms across multiple studios. You will protect agile processes, remove impediments, and coach cross-functional teams toward faster value with quality.

You will partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to maintain a healthy backlog, track velocity in Jira, and ensure Definition of Ready and Done are observed across RubiFlow, RubiStudio, RubiSight, RubiAI, RubiThings and Business

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proficient with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and velocity reporting.
• Ability to coach teams on agile practices and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with data-platform, analytics, or SaaS products.
• Strong facilitation skills for co-located and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for cross-functional teams.
• Own velocity tracking and capacity planning in Jira.
• Identify and resolve blockers across studios within SLAs.
• Coach engineers and stakeholders in Scrum values and transparency.
• Maintain refined product backlog with P.O. and Definition of Ready/Done.
• Produce sprint health dashboards and flow diagrams for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement from retrospectives with measurable outcomes.

As Scrum Master, youwill be the catalyst for high-performing engineering teams building RubiFlow,RubiStudio, RubiSight, RubiAI, RubiThings, and Business Workbench. You Willguard agile principles, remove impediments at pace, and help Rubiscape maintainits promise of fewer than 90 days to first production use case for enterprise clients.This role sits at the heart of Rubiscape’s delivery engine, reporting into theEngineering Delivery function and working closely with Product Owners andEngineering Leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitateall Scrum ceremonies — Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, andRetrospective — for one or more cross-functional platform engineering teams.
• Own theteam’s velocity tracking and capacity planning in Jira; surface risks andforecast delivery dates with data-driven accuracy.
• Identify,escalate, and drive resolution of blockers and dependencies across studios(RubiFlow, RubiStudio, RubiSight, RubiAI, RubiThings, Business Workbench)within agreed SLAs.
• Coachengineers and product stakeholders on Scrum values, ensuring the team operateswith transparency, inspection, and adaptation as daily habits rather thanquarterly events.
• Maintain ahealthy, refined, and prioritised product backlog in collaboration with theProduct Owner; enforce Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards.
• Producesprint health dashboards and cumulative flow diagrams to give engineeringleadership real-time visibility into delivery cadence and technical debt.
• Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives from retrospectives through to measurableoutcome — track experiment outcomes and share learnings across the widerRubiscape delivery community.

• Exposureto SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or LeSS in a multi-team programme environment.
• Familiaritywith MLOps, data engineering pipelines, or BI platform delivery.
• AdvancedScrum certification (PSM II / A-CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Experienceusing OKR frameworks to align sprint outcomes with business objectives.

Requirements

• CertifiedScrum Master (CSM or PSM I) with 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experiencein enterprise software development.
• Proficiencywith Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint boards, velocityreporting, and release tracking.
• Demonstratedability to coach teams on agile practices and facilitate conflict resolutionacross engineering, product, and QA stakeholders.
• Experienceworking on data-platform, analytics, or SaaS products where release cyclesdirectly impact enterprise customers.
• Strongfacilitation skills — comfortable running ceremonies for co-located anddistributed teams across time zones.
