Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Scrum Master to enable an Agile software development team. You will coach the Scrum Team, facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives, and remove impediments to keep delivery on track.

Based at our Hyderabad office, you will collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, track performance through metrics, and drive continuous improvement in agile practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and practices.
• Ability to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Based at Hyderabad office and ready to work onsite.

Project Role : Scrum Master

Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
