Job summary

TechMojo Solutions Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Scrum Master who can lead agile teams on real-time projects. The role demands strong facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and release management.

You will work closely with Product Owners, coordinate sprint ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality through effective backlog grooming and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Scrum Master on real-time agile projects.
• 3+ years as Developer or Tester with full SDLC experience.
• Believes in servant leadership and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Clear understanding of sprint events, roles, and artifacts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to groom user stories.
• Facilitate agile events and resolve impediments with urgency.
• Track and report milestone progress efficiently.
• Work with Product Owner to prioritize backlog and groom stories.
• Contribute to estimation and sizing of user stories.
• Participate in roadmap building with stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end release management with DevOps involvement.
• Prepare and communicate release notes for every release.
• Coach team members for productivity and bonding.
• Coordinate customer communications.
• Use agile reports to facilitate events.
• Ensure daily project progress and remove blockers.
• Experience with Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Delve into user story details to learn domain/tech.
• Position based in Hyderabad requiring office work.

Must Have:

• 1. Worked as Scrum master for minimum 2 years on real-time agile projects
• 2. Worked as Developer or Tester at least for 3 years and experienced Software development life cycle fully
• 3. Believes in Servant leadership and adopts to feedback

Responsibilities:

• 1. Has clear experiential understanding on sprint events, roles and artifacts
• 2. Contributes to the effective grooming of user stories by coordinating with stakeholders
• 3. Should be good at coordination and facilitation so that agile events are facilitated and impediments are resolved with a sense of urgency
• 4. Efficient tracking and reporting on the project milestone progress
• 5. Works close with Product owner so that product backlog is prioritized, and user stories are groomed effectively
• 6. Contributes to Estimation and sizing of the user stories
• 7. Contributes to Product roadmap building by working close with the stakeholders.
• 8. Owns end to end release management for the assigned teams - Works with Dev ops teams as well in this process
• 9. Prepares and communicates "Release notes" for every release
• 10. Coach the team members for effective bonding and productivity
• 11. Should be good at customer communication
• 12. Facilitate agile events effectively by making use of agile reports
• 13. Ensure project progress on daily basis by removing impediments and ensuring progress at individual task and developer level
• 14. Has worked on agile tools like JIRA
• 15. Has experience on efficient Stakeholder Management and Communication
• 16. Can get into user story details and learn the needed domain / tech details.
• 17. The position is based in Hyderabad and requires working from the office.

Preferred:

• Scrum and PMI-ACP certifications are added advantage
