Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices.
• Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Identify and remove impediments by coordinating with technical and business teams.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness.
• Track Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time, and Throughput.
• Improve estimation, planning, quality, and delivery predictability.
• Manage communication across Product, Development, QA, Design, and Operations.
• Handle delivery risks and elevate issues when required.
• Maintain Jira/Azure DevOps dashboards, reports, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption across teams.
