Job summary

Scrum Master

This contract position is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile processes and ensuring the successful delivery of projects using SAFe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Agile SDLC, PI planning at the portfolio or program level, and expertise in key Agile tools and ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum and Sprint ceremonies, ensuring active participation and alignment with Agile best practices.
Lead PI (Program Increment) planning at the portfolio or program level.
Track and resolve impediments using appropriate tools, and develop effective mitigation plans.
Support CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) deployment processes.
Utilize JIRA, including JQL (JIRA Query Language), JIRA Dashboards, and Cumulative Flow Diagrams for project tracking and reporting.
Maintain and update project documentation using Confluence.

Requirements

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Scrum, SAFe Agile, Agile SDLC, PI planning, JIRA, JIRA JQL, JIRA Dashboard, Cumulative Flow Diagram, Confluence, CICD deployment support.
Education: Degree required.
