Accenture Hyderabad is seeking a Scrum Master to enable an Agile software development team. You will coach the team through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, removing blockers and keeping the team focused on delivering value.

You will be the SME for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), track progress with metrics, mentor teammates, and engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary

In the role of Scrum Master, a typical day involves enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an environment that supports Agile practices. This includes guiding the team through various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master actively works to identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring that members remain focused on their objectives. Additionally, the role requires monitoring and communicating the team's progress through relevant metrics, while continuously supporting and mentoring the team to enhance their performance and collaboration.

• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and applying Agile methodologies effectively.
• Strong skills in team collaboration and conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment.
• Ability to track and report project progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
• Competence in identifying and removing impediments to ensure continuous workflow.Excellent communication and mentoring skills to support team development and performance.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
