• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, strengthen team collaboration, and help Scrum teams deliver high-quality products predictably. The ideal candidate will be skilled in removing impediments, coaching teams and stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Track sprint progress, delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Remove blockers by coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Promote self-organization, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness.
• Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, and release progress.
• Identify delivery risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, QA, design, and operations.
• Help teams improve estimation, planning, quality, and predictability.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the adoption of consistent delivery practices.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and delivery documentation as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working in scaled Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Kanban, Lean, DevOps, CI/CD, and product delivery practices.
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams or complex technology programs.
• Exposure to cloud, digital, data, or enterprise technology projects.
