Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable Agile software development teams. You will coach the Scrum Team, facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove impediments, and align team work with business objectives.

With a minimum 7.5 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education, you will act as a POC across multiple teams, drive continuous improvement, and report key metrics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in Agile project management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Refinement sessions.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices.
• Foster team ownership and support the team in reaching consensus.
• Collaborate with and manage multiple teams, driving team performance and delivering business value.
• Act as the single point of contact (POC) for key decisions and escalations.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure continuous delivery.
• Enable cross-team problem solving by engaging stakeholders and support functions.
• Ensure effective communication between the team and stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment.
• Track and report key Agile metrics to assess team health and identify improvement areas.
• Support release closure activities, ensuring all dependencies and deliverables are accounted for.
• Assist in obtaining necessary system and tool access for the team.

Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. • Demonstrated experience facilitating core Agile ceremonies.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in Agile tools, especially JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to interpret and use Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to drive improvements.

Additional Information

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
• Work Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad.
