Job description

Responsibilities

The Scrum Master acts as a servant‑leader who guides and supports the Scrum team. They facilitate Scrum ceremonies, help remove impediments, foster a collaborative environment, and work with stakeholders to ensure that the team can deliver high‑quality, valuable work in each sprint. They drive continuous improvement and ensure that the Scrum framework is followed correctly.

• Lead and coach the Scrum team on the agile development process and Scrum framework.
• Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand‑up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Create and follow up on meeting minutes and action items.
• Ensure the Scrum framework is correctly followed and continuously improved.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of industry experience with Project Management and Scrum Experience in large enterprise applications.
• 4+ years of experience as Scrum Master in enterprise data product.
• Certified Scrum Master or PMP certification.
• Experience in end‑to‑end change management, release management and product management.
• 3+ years’ experience with data lake cloud environment, large‑scale data migration and/or enterprise reporting projects.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Scaled Agile experience is a plus, including experience with Jira, Rally, or TFS.
• Ability to communicate complex information to all stakeholders, including executive status reports and project dashboards.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated project management skill set in previous projects.
