Job summary

TymblHub is seeking a Scrum Master to guide agile teams in Bengaluru, ensuring effective Scrum ceremonies, coaching, and delivery excellence. You will collaborate with product, engineering, QA, design, and operations to remove impediments and improve performance.

The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and experience with Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence. You will support backlog refinement, metrics tracking, and continuous improvement across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PM, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles.
• Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Remove blockers with tech teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Promote self-organization, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization for Product Owners.
• Monitor Agile metrics like velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, release progress.
• Escalate delivery risks when needed.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, QA, design, and operations.
• Assist teams in improving estimation, planning, quality, and predictability.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and delivery practices.
