Job summary

Biz2X is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile initiatives across multiple projects in our fintech teams. You will ensure clear scope, manage timelines, and coach teams to higher scrum maturity.

You will collaborate with product owners, facilitate key ceremonies, and act as the liaison for stakeholders while removing impediments to keep delivery on track. Strong communication and servant leadership are essential, with a track record of delivering high quality software in dynamic

Qualifications

• B.Tech/MCA degree and 6+ years as scrum master, or 4+ years project management on an Agile team.
• Proficient in Scrum and SDLC, with deep Agile practices.
• Knowledge of Scrum artifacts and the definition of done.
• Experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels and using facilitation techniques.
• Strong communication and servant leadership qualities.
• FinTech experience preferred.

• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/MCA and 6+ years of scrum master role, or 4+ years of project management experience on an Agile Team.
• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum),or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Scrum master certification is a plus.
• FinTech experience is highly preferred.
