Job summary

Ample Success HR in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide teams through SAFe adoption and agile practices. The role requires 6-9 years of hands-on experience coaching, enabling ceremonies, backlog grooming with Product Owners, and ensuring value delivery through user stories and epics.

You will remove impediments, promote DevOps practices across product teams, and align stakeholders to achieve predictable releases and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Coach teams to implement and follow SAFe.
• Embed and drive Agile ceremonies and artifacts (sprints, stand-ups, retro, show-and-tell).
• Work with Product Owners to groom and proactively manage backlogs and timelines.
• Integrate agile and Lean principles into team practices.

Job description

Role: Scrum MasterExperience: 6-9 Years.Location: BangaloreAs a Scrum Master:

• Coach and guide teams to implement and follow SAFe in a right way.
• Embed and drive Agile ceremonies, best practice and use of artifacts within all product teams, i.e. sprints, stand-ups, retro, show-and-tell
• Work closely with Product Owners in order to groom and proactively manage the respective backlogs and product timelines
• integrating agile and Lean principles into team practices and work products.
• Ensure that over-all value is delivered in terms of user stories, epics and releases
• Enable developers and support in removal of impediments
• Continuously ensure that relevant DevOps principles, tools and methodologies are appliedthroughout the product teams and development silos are broken down
• Manage capacities, coherence, controls, quality and outputs of the development team
• Ensure cadence with stakeholders, as well as general alignment between all agile stakeholders that contribute to epics
