• Write scripts for Instagram Reels, Meta ads and YouTube Shorts from hook to CTA.
• Create multiple hook variations for testing landed results.
• Structure scripts for retention with pacing, re-hooks, strong CTA.
• Write for formats: UGC, talking head, founder-led, product demo, brand reels.
• Read performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS) and rewrite accordingly.
• Identify drop-off points and fix script sections.
• Track trends and competitor ads; convert into fresh angles.
• Collaborate with motion designers, editors, AI filmmakers and performance teams.
• Draft creator briefs and shoot-ready scripts when needed.
• Translate client briefs and product insights into sharp angles.

Key Responsibilities

• Write scripts for Instagram Reels, Meta ads and YouTube Shorts, from hook to CTA
• Write multiple hook variations for every script so we can test what lands
• Structure scripts for retention: pacing, re-hooks, clear story, strong CTA
• Write for different formats: UGC, talking head, founder-led, product demo, brand reels
• Read creative performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS) and rewrite based on what it tells you
• Spot where viewers drop off and fix that part of the script
• Track trends, formats and competitor ads, and turn them into fresh angles
• Work closely with motion designers, editors, AI filmmakers and the performance team so scripts translate cleanly to screen
• Write creator briefs and shoot-ready scripts when needed
• Turn client briefs and product insights into clear, sharp angles
