We’re looking for someone who can:

Make people stop scrolling in 2 seconds

Turn chaos into a killer reel script and actually understand why something goes viral (and why something dies at 200 views)

What you’ll do here:

• Write Reel scripts that people don’t skip (hooks, punch lines, chaos, emotion...all of it)
• Build short-form content for Instagram + YouTube Shorts that actually performs
• Turn ideas into social-first campaigns and content series
• Think in scrolls, not paragraphs
• Collaborate with designers + video editors to bring madness to life
• Keep up with trends, memes, formats... basically live inside the internet
• Track what works, what flops, and why (yes, we care about numbers too)

What we’re looking for:

• You’re dangerously good at reel script writing
• You understand that attention is the real currency
• You’ve built or worked on content that actually performed, not just looked pretty
• You can switch between creative chaos + structured storytelling
• You understand what makes people save, share, and rewatch
• You are comfortable with fast deadlines and feedback cycles
• Have experience reducing back-and-forth by writing clear, execution-ready scripts with minimal supervision
• Can independently turn a brief into a complete content direction (idea script execution guidance)
• Can predict trends before they happen
