Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adherence to CGMP and safety practices.
• Daily monitoring and recording of environmental conditions in warehouse.
• Maintain housekeeping in warehouse area.
• Update logbooks and SOP records.
• Ensure 100% compliance in QMS and EHS per SOPs.
• Ensure proper labelling and segregation of materials.
• Maintain housekeeping in dispensing and sampling areas.
• Perform balance verification per SOP and update logs.
• Receive, unload and store incoming inventory and update logs.
• Issue raw materials and packing materials on production requests with proper documents.
• Handle outward/in-process operations across shifts (GRN/MRN/SRN/RTV).
• Organize stock, maintain inventory, and uphold 5S and cGMP in warehouse.
• Handle receipt/issue/dispense activities in warehouse and SAP.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Roles & Responsibility

• 1. Adherence to CGMP (current good manufacturing practices) and safety practice.
• 2. Daily Monitoring and record of environmental condition in warehouse.
• 3. Maintaining housekeeping in warehouse.
• 4. Updating of all logbooks and record as per SOP.
• 5. 100% Compliance in QMS and EHS by following the SOPs.
• 6. Ensuring materials segregation in both RM and PM with proper labelling
• 7. Ensuring proper housekeeping in dispensing booth and sampling area.
• 8. Balance verification as per SOP and updating logbooks.
• 9. Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately and updating logbooks.
• 10. Issue of Raw material and Packing material on production request with proper document.
• 11. Handle outward/in-process operations for multiple shifts, including GRN/MRN/SRN/RTV.
• 12. Organize stock, maintain inventory and maintain 5S and cGMP at warehouse area
• 13. Handling Receipt /issue/dispense activity in warehouse and SAP
• 14. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.
