Job summary

Zentiva in Ankleshwar seeks a Senior Executive - SC & Warehouse Chemistry to lead warehouse operations, materials planning, and supply chain activities in line with cGMP, EHS, and statutory guidelines. Manage RM/PM flow, SOPs, and SAP entries to ensure timely manufacturing support.

The role requires coordination with QA/QC, Plant teams, and Purchasing, with a focus on proper documentation and compliance. 8–10 years of experience and strong MS Office/SAP skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG in Science/Commerce with relevant sector exposure.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in warehousing or SCM.
• Awareness of cGMP, regulatory and HSE requirements.
• SAP-MM/SD proficiency and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/implement warehouse systems per Global Warehousing standards.
• Receive/issue RM/PM and store materials; ensure proper storage.
• Oversee receipt/storage/dispatch of materials per procedures.
• Maintain records: SOP, PR, PO, GRN, stock register, SAP entries, labeling.
• Coordinate with Plants, QA, QC, Purchase and Controlling on warehouse issues.
• Maintain statutory records under Prohibition/Excise Acts, etc.
• Maintain disposition records and identify unsafe conditions; report Hazards.
• Carry out additional Instructions/Projects from Department Head.
• Review and follow up on supply chain and warehouse activities.

JOB PURPOSE

Generic

Purpose of this position is to assist in supply chain activities, planning and implementing warehouse activities in API, Ankleshwar in adherence to cGMP / EHS / Statutory guidelines and maintaining proper stock and accounting of materials and ensuring timely issuance of RM & PM to manufacturing, living Group's Values and Code of Ethics

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Maintaining / implementing warehouse systems as per Global Warehousing standards.
• Receiving and issuing RM / PM and other allied materials and ensuring storage of the same at designated place. Maintaining / implementing warehouse systems as per Global Warehousing standards.
• Ensuring receipt/ storage/ dispatch of the RM, Intermediates, finished goods, work in progress, and Hazardous waste as per established systems and procedures.
• Maintaining proper records of the material stored in the warehouse / tank farm and preparing documents like SOP, PR, PO, GRN, Stock register, Entry in SAP, Labeling etc.
• Coordinating with Plants, QA, QC, Purchase, and Controlling for Warehouse and Supply chain related matters.
• Maintaining and keeping proper statutory records under the Prohibition and Excise Act, the Essential commodities act etc.
• Maintaining record of disposal.
• Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations by initiating Near Miss Report / FIR to HSE.
• To carry out any other Instructions/ Projects as per the guidance of the Department Head.
• Review and follow ups for supply chain activities and warehouse related activities.
• Lock Deviation in Track wise and carry on follow with respective department and QA for closure for the same.
• Preparation and Availability of Departmental Safety Statutory Documents: Ensure all Statutory safety documents such as HIRA, IH MONITORING, JSA, EIA, Departmental Objectives. etc. are prepared, regularly updated, and readily available upon request or during audits.
• Demand collection, demand consolidation, production planning, raw material planning and scheduling, and distribution. Communication with Vendors.
• Maintaining records for supply chain and distribution.
