Inward & Outward Material Management
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive SCM Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, inward and outward material movement, fitter coordination, and customer complaint resolution. The candidate will ensure smooth supply chain operations, timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, and high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records.Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic stock audits, and minimize inventory losses.Supervise inward receipt, inspection, storage, and outward dispatch of materials.Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.Plan and allocate fitters for installation/service jobs and monitor job completion.Handle customer complaints related to deliveries, installations, shortages, or damages, ensuring timely resolution.Coordinate with Sales, Service, Production, and Purchase teams for smooth operations.Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and documentation requirements.Prepare MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, logistics, and customer complaints.Lead and train warehouse and logistics staff to improve operational efficiency.Qualifications & Experience:Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management.Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.Key Skills:Warehouse Management | Inventory Control | Logistics | Dispatch | Inward & Outward Operations | Fitter Coordination | Customer Complaint Handling | ERP | Team Management | MIS Reporting | Process Improvement
